Refund Policy

1. Registration fee

The one-time registration fee is non-refundable once paid, as it covers the welcome kit, equipment, and administrative onboarding.

2. Monthly memberships

Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time from the parent portal. The current month is non-refundable, but no further payments will be taken. Access to training continues until the end of the paid period.

3. Annual memberships

Annual memberships are non-refundable after the first 14 calendar days. Within the first 14 days from the membership start date, a pro-rata refund of unused months may be granted at the academy's discretion, less the non-refundable registration fee.

4. Trial sessions

Performance Trial fees are non-refundable but can be rescheduled once if at least 48 hours notice is given before the booked session.

5. Medical exceptions

If a player cannot continue training due to a documented long-term medical condition, the academy may pause the membership or grant a credit for unused months upon receipt of a medical certificate.

6. Cancellations by the academy

If the academy cancels a programme outright (not a normal weather/venue change), affected members will receive a pro-rata refund for unused sessions.

7. Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days, subject to bank processing.

8. How to request a refund

Email info@iniestaacademydubai.com from the parent's registered email with the player's name, membership number, and reason for the request. Our finance team will respond within 3 business days.
