1. Membership
Registration creates a membership between the parent/guardian ("Member") and Iniesta Academy Dubai. Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and bound by the active programme schedule.
2. Registration fee
The one-time registration fee is non-refundable once paid. It covers the welcome kit and administrative setup. Membership becomes active only after the registration fee and the first subscription (monthly or annual) payment have been received.
3. Subscriptions and renewals
Monthly memberships renew automatically each month via Stripe. Annual memberships renew on the expiry date unless cancelled. Members may cancel renewals at any time from the parent portal; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Code of conduct
Players, parents, and guests must follow academy rules, respect coaches and other players, and observe safety instructions at all training and event venues. The academy may suspend or terminate a membership for serious or repeated breaches.
5. Health, safety, and consent
Parents confirm that the player is medically fit for football training. The academy may take photos/videos for internal coaching review; media will only be published externally where explicit photo consent has been given during registration.
6. Liability
The academy takes reasonable care to provide a safe environment but is not liable for incidental injury during normal training or for loss/damage of personal belongings on site.
7. Schedule and venue changes
Sessions, venues, and squad assignments may change at the academy's discretion to accommodate operational needs, weather, or facility availability. Reasonable notice will be given via email or WhatsApp.
8. Intellectual property
"Iniesta", the Iniesta Academy methodology and brand, all course materials, and the website content are protected by intellectual-property rights. Members may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.
9. Privacy
Personal data is processed under our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
